October 22, 2023 - I was very pleasantly surprised by the fast, efficient and friendly service. I turned up just after opening on a Saturday morning with a cracked iPhone screen. I expected to be told that it would be ready on Monday. Imagine my surprise when I was told it would be ready in an hour and would use genuine Apple parts (for a fraction of the cost Apple wanted to charge). On returning to pick up my phone I was also pleasantly surprised to find a glass screen protector was included in the price. Wonderful service. 5 stars (actually I’d score higher if I could!)
