Device Repairs
At Macdroid’s we provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all repairs where we have supplied the parts. If you supply the parts we cannot provide this guarantee. If we repair you device and then it is damaged through misuse or lack of care our guarantee does not apply and you will be liable for charges for parts and labour. You will require your original receipt and your device to take up our guarantee and you should bring these to our shop after calling us on 1300 622 376.
Devices & Accessories Purchased
We provide a 12 Month Guarantee on all devices, accessories and gadgets purchased from us. To return any item you will require your original receipt and the item you have purchased. You should bring these with you to our shop after calling us on 1300 622 376.
